These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from edelblack (“the Seller”) via this website or any other authorized sales platform. By placing an order, the customer (“the Buyer”) agrees to these terms.

All artworks, prints, and handmade items are created and packaged with care.
Each piece is unique — slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the artistic process and do not constitute defects.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through the available payment methods on the respective platform (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.).
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped internationally from Switzerland (or your country of origin).
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and unique nature of each artwork, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and I will work with you to find a fair solution.

All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist, even after sale.
Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any images, designs, or artworks without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Personal data provided by the Buyer (such as name, address, and contact details) will be used solely for order processing and communication purposes. No data will be shared with third parties except where required to complete the transaction (e.g., shipping providers).
